XEN Elite Sports Group Ltd – Pretoria 🇿🇦 and XEN Capital Partners Ltd – Uganda 🇺🇬 Proudly present the next phase of the Elite Talent Discovery Journey this December 2025 in Pretoria, South Africa 🇿🇦 Led by the highly decorated Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns legend, Mzikayise Mashaba, who has achieved it all in African football, this edition aims to inspire the next generation of rising youth through structured development and a clear professional pathway.
Building on the success of the Uganda edition led by ex-Crystal Palace player Ibrahim Sekaja, this milestone event will bring together top European scouts and elite coaches with extensive international experience. Notable guests include Acram Sulaiman (former Manchester United, Brentford, and Norwich City scout; now Head of Scouting at Right To Dream, Egypt), Fatah Abdirahman (UEFA Pro Licensed Coach at Randers FC, Denmark), and Mohammed “MK” Saeid (former EPL, MLS, and Allsvenskan player). The program will feature exhibition matches with Second Division and Betway Premier League clubs, offering real-time scouting and evaluation opportunities.
The Uganda team from the previous edition will return, joining new regional and international talents from December 13–18, 2025, in what promises to be a premier showcase for Africa’s next generation of football stars.
